Founded in 1996, the company’s initial project was a major new software system for Spirit of St. Louis Airport, a large reliever in suburban St. Louis with over 650 based aircraft and 250,000 flight operations per year.   The application evolved into modular applications, which were purchased by San Bernardino County, CA, Phoenix Sky Harbor and Aspen/Pitkin County, CO.

In late 1999 we converted the application to an Application Service Provider to run over the internet.  In July 2000 San Bernardino County and Riverside County (a new client) started using the new system.  In September 2000 Aspen converted.  In early 2001 we sold a system to Redding (CA) Municipal Airport.   

In late 2001 we developed significant enhancements and added them to our existing application.  Additional fields were added as well as a variety of new reports.

We are currently developing for a major California GA airport a joint ASP application with ESRI of Redlands, CA.   The application will utilize ESRI mapping software with AEROWARE Property and Lease Management software, allowing users to move from one application to the other.  The ESRI mapping software will be used by the airport to track and retain all pavement maintenance inspections using PDA and GIS hand-held devices.
