| Aeroware GPI is a form of GIS
system, but wihtout the complexity (and cost) normally associated with such a system. By
linking a simple airport diagram and your existing information, GPI will provide quick,
visual access to your property data. Property information can come from your existing
spreadsheet or database files, or it can be gathered through Aeroware's Property
Management Module. The initial airport diagram can be as simple as an aerial photograph or
as complex as a full CAD drawing. Almost anything you currently track, or would like to track, can be included in Aeroware GPI. Dimensions, square footage, construction date, cumulative maintenance costs, lease expiration cycles and individual lease terms are examples of trackable building information. Zoning, acreage, purchase date, use restrictions and ownership are examples of information you can track for airport and bordering land parcels. In fact, information accessible through Aeroware GPI can extend to almost anything your airport wants to track. |
