Work Orders
The module's Work Order function provides information on status, service provider, estimated completion date, etc. This function generates work orders and assists in tracking their completion.

Reports
A full range of on-screen and printed reports allows management to track equipment and site maintenance on a variety of criteria including miles, time and usage, among others. Sample reports include:

  • Equipment Inventory by location
  • Equipment Inventory by type/age
  • Maintenance scheduled for next 60 days
  • Maintenance in process by service provider
  • Additional special reports can be developed

Data Entry
Data entry screens are designed for easy recording of asset (vehicle and property) ID numbers, description, location or department, status, etc. Just about any tracking item you may need can be incorporated into the module.
